03.04.2009 “Upsala-Circus,” the creative bureau “ArtTerra,” and the Agency “ARTA,” with the support of the committee for culture INVITE YOU! June 1-7, 2009 to the festival for the young and old “FLYING CHILDREN!” For the first time in St. Petersburg, the best social art projects from Russia and Europe will be shown in one venue. Professional domestic and international theater, circus and musical collections will also be shown. We invite volunteers to take part in the creation of this unique project. We need: 1. 6 escorts for foreign teams (fluency in English is a must, and fluency in French is desirable for two teams from Belgium) Duties of the escort: accompany the group from 10a.m. to 10p.m. • meetings of the group • hotel accommodation • excursions throughout the city • accompaniment on excursions, walks • help in the organization ïîìîùü â îðãàíèçàöèè âûñòóïëåíèÿ • interpretation 2. On duty at the fairground (the territory on which the festival is held) - 10 people Duties for those on-call: • compliance with orders of the site • communication with audiences • answers to questions • work with children with special needs as a coordinator of master-classes. Volunteer – the face of the festival Atmosphere of celebration at the festival is in your hands! Working at the festival you receive: • communication with artists • experience as a director of a group and in decision making • priceless work experience with an international creative team • skills as an interpreter • an unforgettable impression During the time of the festival the volunteers are compensated for their commute, cellular communications, and they are given food.
